Things you should know:
Meditation, and mindfulness in particular, is increasingly recommended by health care professionals as a way of bringing balance and a sense of equanimity to our lives. What’s more, once you have gained an understanding of the practice, it is completely free!
Occasionally, however, there are situations in which meditation is not recommended. This mostly relates to those who suffer from certain mental health conditions. If you are currently experiencing mental health issues, or have done so in the past, please consult your health care professional prior to enrolling in these courses, or give me a call (0414 831 435) to discuss.
